Partition Order Issued

On September 21, 2020, PBGC issued an order partitioning the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund. PBGC issued this order after finding that the plan’s application for partition, dated November 26, 2019, satisfied all the requirements under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014.
