Questions and Answers for Participants in the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund
On September 21, 2020, PBGC issued an order partitioning the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund. PBGC issued this order after finding that the plan’s application for partition, dated November 26, 2019, satisfied all the requirements under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014. The partition is effective as of October 1, 2020. View the Partition Order and Appendix.
On July 28, 2020, PBGC issued its decision on the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund for a partition under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014. PBGC has conditionally approved the plan’s partition application. View the notification letter.
