PBGC statute and regulations identify a number of reporting requirements. This page provides an overview and links to information, and how to file, various required notices, forms, applications, and payments.

All PBGC-insured pension plans are required to annually file a Comprehensive Premium Filing (CPF) and pay the corresponding premium payment. Learn more about PBGC premiums and the filing process.
