- Your plan's name or number. The plan number can be found in the upper right corner of correspondence from us.

We strongly discourage the use of email for sending personal information such as Social Security Number, bank account number or address. We recommend that, where possible, you conduct common transactions through MyPBA, our secure online service. If you do not wish to use MyPBA, please contact PBGC by telephone or through regular mail.
