Federal Register Notices Open for Comment

PBGC asks for public comment when publishing proposed rules or interim final rules with a request for comment, new or renewing information collections (e.g., forms, filings, notices, and surveys), or when asking for general feedback on a particular issue or PBGC program, such as through a request for information (RFI). This page lists all current documents published in the Federal Register with open comment periods.

To be assured of consideration, comments must be submitted by the date specified in the notice. Comments received will be posted without change to PBGC’s Pending Proposed Rules page, Final Rules page, Other Federal Register Documents page, Paperwork Notices page, or Privacy Act Notices page, including any personal information provided.

Comments should be sent within 30 days of publication of a particular notice to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget, through its website.
