Alisa Cottone

Director, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business 
Alisa Cottone serves as the director for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). The OSDBU provides maximum opportunities for small businesses to participate in PBGC’s contracting process. The OSDBU provides leadership to the department to attain its small business goals and contracting portfolio. The OSDBU also collaborates with the Procurement Department to ensure PBGC is promoting small and disadvantaged businesses. 

PBGC is focused on engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify and maximize existing authorities and opportunities for small and disadvantaged businesses as part of PBGC’s Equity Plan.
