Your Hartmarx Pension Benefit: Final Benefit Calculations (as of 3/12/2013)

PBGC continues to calculate the final benefit amount that participants will receive from their Hartmarx pension plan. This process takes at least three years. However it can take longer, depending on the complexity of the pension plan's provisions and the valuation of its assets.

So far, we have sent final benefit determinations to 4,031 participants in the Hartmarx Retirement Income Plan. We expect to send final benefit determinations to the remaining 7,900 participants by Sept. 30, 2014
