Partitioning Order Issued

On November 16, 2018, PBGC issued an order partitioning the Teamsters Local 805 Pension and Retirement Fund. PBGC issued this order after finding that the plan’s application for partition, dated January 31, 2018, satisfied all the requirements for partition under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014. The order is effective as of January 1, 2019. View the Partition Order. 

Partition Decision Issued

On August 28, 2018, PBGC issued its decision on the Teamsters Local 805 Pension and Retirement Plan application for a partition under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014. PBGC has conditionally approved the plan’s partition application. View the notification letter.
