PBGC’s Mediation Program offers mediation to plan sponsors to facilitate resolution of negotiations in three key PBGC program areas—termination liability, Early Warning Program and fiduciary breach cases. This Program offers stakeholders an opportunity to resolve issues with a neutral, professional and independent mediator in a timely and cost-effective manner.
