Prior Year Instructions and Forms

Prior year instructions include mailing addresses that were in effect at the time the instructions were prepared. Because PBGC filing addresses may change from time to time, be sure to use the most current addresses shown on our Premium Payment Instructions & Addresses page.

All plans must file electronically via My PAA for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2008. All filings for plan years 2007 and older should be submitted to the PBGC using an original or copy of the premium form from the links below, showing your original signature. These paper forms should be submitted via My PAA as an attachment using the following path: “Submit a Request” Quick Link / Other Requests & Correspondence / Submit CSEC or Paper Filing.
