The Entrance-On-Duty System (EODS) is a way for newly hired PBGC employees to begin working with PBGC's HR Department. The tool lets PBGC managers and HR staff track hiring activities throughout the hiring process. HR specialists can use EODS to assign forms to new employees, then track the forms' progress, and approve them on-line. New employees can view messages in EODS about the status of their forms.
