Hurricane Dorian has affected the Bahamas and southeastern parts of the US. Our goal is to make sure everyone in the affected areas receive their payments. While PBGC electronically transmits benefit payments to retirees and beneficiaries in the affected areas, some payments are also sent by mail.
The United States Postal Service has issued a service disruption alert, which may impact the delivery of benefit payments. PBGC continues to monitor the USPS website for further updates.
