AGENCY: Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

ACTION: Notice of OMB approval.

SUMMARY: This notice announces that the Office of Management and Budget 
has extended its approval of a collection of information contained in 
the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's regulation on Procedures for 
PBGC Approval of Plan Amendments.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: OMB has extended its approval, under OMB 
control number 1212-0031, of the collection of information contained in 
PBGC's regulation on Procedures for PBGC Approval of Plan Amendments 
(29 CFR part 4220). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person 
is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it 
displays a currently valid OMB control number.
